We are committed to providing you with exceptional products and customer service. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when making a purchase from ChadMade.
1. General Return Policy
At
 ChadMade, we take great pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we’re here to help resolve any issues you may face. Before initiating a return or dispute, we kindly ask you to contact us to discuss the issue and find a solution.

Please note:

  • Roman shades, Custom-made drapes, and blinds are non-returnable unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. 
  • We highly recommend reviewing your order details carefully, including fabric choices, measurements, and style, to ensure the items will meet your expectations. We suggest ordering sample booklets or swatches before finalizing your custom order.

2. Returnable Items
The following items are eligible for return:

  • Hardware and Ready-Made items: These can be returned or refunded within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. 
  • Damaged or Faulty items: If an item is damaged, defective, or does not match the description, we will accept a return or exchange. 
For returns, please ensure:
  • Items are unused and in original packaging with tags attached. 
  • Items should be returned within 30 days of receiving them. 
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:
  • Roman shades, Custom-made drapes, and blinds made to match your original order specifications. 
  • Fabric swatches and sample booklets are not returnable. 
  • Change of mind or incorrect size (unless it's due to a manufacturing error). 
  • Color variations due to different dye lots or lighting conditions. 
  • Misunderstanding the product image or ordering the wrong item by mistake.

  • Products made correctly but no longer wanted or items that don’t fit properly (if made according to the order details).
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you believe an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chadmade.com with:
  • Your order number.
  • Photos showing the issue.
  • A description of the problem.
If we confirm that there is an issue with the item, we will either repair or replace it, or provide a full refund once the item is returned. Please keep all original packaging for returns.
5. Return Shipping Fees
Once your return is received, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process a refund for the product price (minus a 20% handling and shipping fee).
  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
6. Refund Policy
  • Refund Limit: Refunds are only processed once the item is returned in brand-new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Refund Amount: Your refund will be the product cost minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping, handling, and packing fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-10 business days after inspection.
Please note:
  • We do not provide refunds for lost packages that are marked as delivered.
  • Refunds for price adjustments or previous purchases are not offered.
  • Prior purchases are not eligible for discounts or price adjustments.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for damaged or faulty items only. Exchanges can only be made for items that are the same as the original order (same size, style, color, etc.).
To initiate an exchange:
  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Send us clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, including packaging details.
We will send you a  replacement at no additional charge once we’ve confirmed the issue.
8. Size and Measurement
To avoid size issues:
  • Please use a metal tape measure to ensure accuracy. Non-metal tape measures can stretch and lead to errors.
  • In the unlikely event that the curtains are the wrong size, we will either remake or resize the product, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.
9. Color Variations
Color discrepancies may occur due to:
  • Differences in monitor settings, lighting, or fabric dye lots.
  • Liner additions or fabric variations can result in slight differences in shading.
These variations are not grounds for a return unless they significantly deviate from the sample you approved.
10. Package Lost or Delayed
If your package is lost or delayed during transit:
  • We will contact the logistics provider to locate your package.
  • If the package cannot be found, we will resend the order or provide a replacement (no refunds for lost packages).
11. Return Time Limit
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.
12. Alterations
We do not accept alterations after the order has been received. Please double-check your measurements and specifications before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
13. Disputes & Chargebacks
Please do not initiate a chargeback or dispute without first reaching out to us. Resolving issues through customer service is faster and will help avoid unnecessary delays in the process.
