Shipping Timeframe
The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at support@chadmade.com to seek the time frame, and you might need to pay extra fee.

Processing Time:
Once orders are shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow up with the carrier. The typical shipping times are as follows:
- Fabric swatches and booklets: 2-6 days (via DHL eCommerce or USPS, mailbox delivery, no signature required).
- Ready-made and customized curtains, drapes: 7-14 days (via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS, door-to-door service, signature required).
- Blinds & Shades:
- Bamboo Shade: 20-30 days
- Roman Shade: 12-18 days
- Roller, Zebra, Cellular Shades: 7-14 days
- Venetian Blinds: 7-10 days
- Note: Door to door service. It might need your receive signature to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey. You can track your order via our tracking page:

If there is no tracking update after a few days, please contact us at support@chadmade.com, and our Customer Service team will assist you in locating your package.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping for orders valued at $300 and above. For orders below that threshold, the following shipping fees apply:

- $23 for order value not above $200.
- $17.99 for order value above $200 but under $300.
- Free shipping for order value $300 and above.

Shipping Issues and Delays
The following factors may cause delays in delivery:- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Unforeseen local circumstances such as postal strikes, customs clearance delays, or weather conditions.
- Public holidays in either the destination or shipping location.

Duty Fees and Taxes
All orders are shipped duty-paid to all parts of the world. Any additional duties or VAT fees imposed by your country are your responsibility.
Changes to Shipping Information
Once the order has shipped, we are unable to make address changes. Please ensure the shipping address before placing the order.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier marks the package as "Delivered." However, we are happy to assist in locating your package. Please check with neighbors or household members if they may have received the package. For further assistance, contact us at support@chadmade.com.
Optional Service:Worry-Free PurchaseÂ
"Worry-Free Purchase" service provides you with added peace of mind when shopping with us. This service ensures refund if your order does not arrive as described, including instances of loss or damage during transit. Please note that claims require material proof to be submitted.Â
- Service Fee: 1.5% of the merchandise value.
- Coverage:
- Arrival Delay: $5 claim if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days of fulfillment (30 days for international packages).
- Damage:Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
- Loss: Full purchase value refund if the package is not delivered within 30 days (60 days for international packages).

Carrier Selection
We select carriers based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method. Our trusted carriers include USP, DHL, FedEx to ensure smooth delivery. Please contact your local delivery service firstly if your packages tracking status are delivered, however you don't receive the package.
