Risk-Free Custom Shades

We aim to simplify the process of ordering custom curtains while ensuring the highest quality for your home. Our risk-free custom curtains come with the following benefits:

• Free Fabric Swatches: Receive free fabric swatches to feel the texture and see the colors of our shades before making a decision. 
• Expert Guidance: We offer expert advice on measurements and help you select the most fitting collection for your windows.
• Reasonable Returns: We accept reasonable return requests within 30 days upon receipt of your order. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

* Please note: The return policy does not apply to returns or refunds based on fabric selection if the customer has not seen a fabric sample or has declined to receive a fabric sample before placing the order.

Limited Lifetime Warranty 

What is covered

• Manufacturing Defects: We guarantee that our products will be free from any manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. If your product is found to be defective, ChadMade will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective item.

What is not covered

• Normal Wear & Tear: This includes fading due to sunlight exposure, fabric fraying, loss of color intensity, and deterioration of operational mechanisms over time.
  
• Damage from Water, Insects, or Pets: Any damage caused by water exposure, insects, or pets is not covered under this warranty.
  
• Modifications or Alterations: Any damage caused by the customer modifying, attempting to fix, or altering the product in any way will void the warranty.
  
• Obsolescence: We do not warrant that products will remain available or not become obsolete in the future.
  
• Non-Transferable: This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How long does this coverage last

The warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase.
